Its a horrible stay. At the time of checkin hotel staff denied to give room which i have booked. They told me that i have done offline booking so that cant provide room. After so many argument they give me third call room which was so dirty. Room lock not working, wasroom was so dirty, not electricity dark room. Also using abusing language with me and my wife. Refund full amount other wise i will go for legal action.

At first The check in was terrible . There was no one to welcome and all the lights were off . We felt we choose the wrong one . And the room was so above that at first we thought we should cancel it . overall The bed and room was good but outside the room was worse

People are not courteous, don’t know how to behave with people. Given me room in 4th floor, no one is there to lift to that floor, after reaching there (tired) need to carry luggage at 4th floor, not even willing to provide water
