My partner and I had the pleasure of staying in one of the BnB rooms, booked for a milestone birthday. Ann went above and beyond to ensure our whole stay was special, kindly agreeing to purchase the bubbles I requested; found chilling in the room upon arrival which we ended up enjoying in the beautiful garden accompanied by a slice of carrot cake offered to us by Ann. Ann was a wonderful host, equipping us with maps and routes for our long circular walk which took in breaking views of the Quantock Hills and Frog Combe. And recommended some fabulous places to eat and have a drink, highly recommend the Hood Arms which we visited twice, Combe House Hotel and a superb and highly reasonable carvery at the Babbling Brook Inn. Mark cooked us two delicious breakfasts, of which one was consumed al fresco, nothing seemed too much for the hosts, who even laid a fire for us in their comfy living room and really set the mood for a pleasurable evening. Our room was very comfortable and noted our biscuit jar was always well stocked. All in all, left safe in knowledge that we will be returning as had such a great time and made some beautiful memories. Thank you Ann and Mark. Best wishes Ruth

What a fantastic place to stay , everything about it was perfect ! Ann greeted us with tea and cake which was a lovely touch . The whole property is beautiful and spotlessly clean . The location is great , tucked away down a quiet lane but within easy driving distance to lots of places . Mark saved us a delicious breakfast on both mornings and was polite and helpful . All in all a really great place to stay

A couple of weeks ago we spent a delightful weekend at this exceptional and charming B&B at Pardlestone Farm in Somerset. Ann and Mark were wonderful hosts, giving us a warm welcome and serving us tea and homemade cake in the garden on arrival. Our room was beautiful and looked just like a photo from a magazine. It was clean and comfortable and every need was catered for. Ann was keen to advise us on suitable walks and provided us with maps and directions. On both nights we booked a table at The Hood Arms in the village and were not disappointed. The food was excellent and staff were friendly. It was a pleasant walk down the lane from the farm and on our return to the B&B we enjoyed relaxing by the fire in the comfortable and stylish sitting room. A delicious full English breakfast, plus fresh fruit salad, yogurt, compote and granola, toast and homemade preserves was professionally served to us by Mark in the elegant and cosy dining room while another fire burned in the log burner. We were sad to say goodbye but definitely look forward to returning for another stay.

This has been the most excellent B and B we have ever stayed in , and we have stayed in many over the years. Mark and Ann were superb hosts catering for every need. Food choices excellent. Bedroom so comfortable. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Only complaint was that we were not staying longer than 3 nights. Will definitely be back.

If I could award Pardlestone Farm 10 stars I would! We have just returned from a four night stay in The Pony Barn with horses and dogs. Ann and Mark could not have made us feel more welcome and we have had the most exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Pardlestone Farm for three nights last week and it was nothing less than exceptional. The attention to detail and the comfort experienced is rarely found. Everything down to the beds, shower, kitchen set up, extras was of the highest quality and certainly the best room for miles around. It is also incredible peaceful. A stay at Pardlestone Farm is highly recommended.

We came for the weekend to Somerset Padlestone Farm was our weekend retreat. What a quintessentially English guest house. This is absolutely beautiful in every way. The whole place is spotlessly clean everywhere. You could do the white glove test and your glove would definitely still be white at the end of it!!! Mark and Anne are super friendly and completely welcoming in every way. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious with everything you could want in a British breakfast, an excellent start to the day. The Quantocks Hills is absolutely spectacular and well worth a visit to this area . I think Somerset is somewhat underrated because everybody is on their way to Devon and Cornwall, but this place absolutely outranks anywhere down there 100%. Pedalstone farm is a little difficult to find the turning is signed at the bottom of a tiny lane with a no through road sign, that’s where you need to go. I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. If you are a hiker mountain biker horse rider or just a tourist, looking for a quintessentially British beautiful place to stay, this is definitely the one for you.

Pardlestone B&B is a touch of class. The welcome is a delight - coffee and cake on the sun terrace and our room was luxurious with super comfy beds and soft furnishings and a spacious ensuite with all the mod cons. I particularly liked the little extras alongside the tea/coffee - speciality teas, cookies and sweets 😋 Our window overlooked the beautiful garden and I could even see my horse grazing in the field and the squirrels squabbling in the trees! Our breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options to choose from all served in a very attractive spacious dining room. There is also a cosy sitting room for guests to sit and relax in and it was the perfect place to look over the local maps with Ann, our host, who advised us on local riding routes and horse friendly cafes. In conclusion, I found Pardlestone to be a luxury B&B where I felt so well looked after by our hosts Ann and Mark. It's no surprise that I am a regular visitor both in the B&B and their superb self catering cottages.

Myself and 3 friends ventured to Pardlestone Farm for mixed purposes. Two of the party were predominantly interested in hacking and adventuring on their horses. The remainder of the party, were keen to simply relax and escape busy, city life. We were not disappointed. The farm is stunning. We were immediately greeted by the lovely, warm, friendly Ann. She was the perfect host. After settling the horses into the field, Ann introduced us to the absolutely stunning cottage. We spent the first evening sat around the BBQ, sipping cocktails. Thereafter, our days were spent exploring the local landscape, on and off horseback. The local beach was stunning and the local eatery "The Hood", was genuinely the best meal we had experienced. We were all gutted to leave, and wouldn't hesitate to book ASAP. Thank you Ann and Mark, the vibe is one of friendship, we went away smiling, with great memories.
