We went to Tamworth for the AQHA nationals held at AELC. The apartment was a 5 minute drive from the grounds, close to shops, beds were comfy and water pressure was great. I injured myself so they were very kind to allow us a later check out would highly recommend as a place to stay.

The Roseville apartments were great value for money! The spacious rooms were exactly what my young kids and I needed on our short stay. The pool looked lovely too and we would’ve enjoyed jumping in for a swim if we were staying longer! The service was exceptional; friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. Emma

We were extremely satisfied with the commendable service provided by the reception staff during our stay at Roseville Apartments. Our spacious and comfortable apartment met all our requirements and we highly recommend this establishment. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I've been sent here again. This time they gave me an "executive" apartment (= has dishwasher). There was a sitting room, with small but adequate, bathroom, and a bed room. Each room had it's own split system air con. There was only one controller. however the two systems were the same brand. The sitting room (with kitchen facilities) was large - I liked the space but it's carpetless and does not feel cosy. The lounge could sleep a small child if required. I liked the bedside lights - they are functional for reading in bed. This is a new block. Driving from the upper level to the lower level (where my unit was) the front of my rental Kia Cerato scaped - the ange is too acute. Last time I had a SUV - it was OK. I was here 15 nights and they serviced the room once only - you have to use the room's washing machine to wash the motel's towels........

Great renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Internet was amazing ! Quickest internet I’ve used at an accomodation facility. Some of the hotel is under going renovation, was only noisey during the day. It will be amazing when it is completed.

I needed to stay in Tamworth longer than expected due to an injury. I explained my situation when booking the apartment. I received a calI back as soon as the room was clean & was able to check-in early. So helpful! The room was extremely clean and comfortable and very well appointed. I would definitely come again

I spent 4 nights at the Roseville apartments. I booked a one bedroom apartment which was back from the road and was very quiet. The bedroom was completely separate from the living area. There was a comfortable queen and single bed with air conditioning in both rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, full size fridge, dishwasher and everything you would need . There was also a washing machine, which I didn’t use. It was about a 10 minute walk across the soccer field and bridge to Peel street. It was also a 2 minute walk to my daughter’s place, which was the main reason for my visit.

This is a new construction of single and dual level apartments. I stayed 13 nights. I liked the quiet effective ducted air conditioning in the hot days. The shower had plenty of hot water. You can walk across the playing fields, and a pedestrian bridge across the Peel river to the CBD in 10 minutes. I liked the rose decorative cornices - I had these in my house in Brisbane! I didn't like the servicing of my apartment once in 13 days - I had to wash their towels myself (apartment has a washing machine but no dryer). I left a dirty test plate and cup on the kitchen bench - they didn't wash them when they did their single service. There is no dishwasher. Other apartments in Tamworth offer six days a week servicing........My apartment didn't have a marked parking space, others do. I sent an email query to the admin here - no reply.
