We offer our guests many fun activities such as a pool/ping pong table, video games, TVs, and board games. Outside you can relax on one of the hammocks overlooking the water and frequent stopping area for deer. We provide a grill and fire pit with a lighted patio and chairs for a calm evening with the family. For those adventuresome guests there is a three person canoe available with two paddles. The city of West Tawakoni offers several public lake access points for great fishing and water sports. The house features 500MB/s fiber internet and rising desk in case you need to meet/work with the rest of the world. Guests have access to the boat dock and fishing pier. There are 2 adult and 1 child kayaks with life vests in storage building. The boat lift is locked and reserved for owner usage only. The West Tawakoni City Park is within 1 mile with boat launch, fish cleaning station, numerous picnic tables, playground including volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer and horseshoe pits.Lake Tawakoni State Park is about 15 miles away where you can explore our 376 acres of oak forest, more than five miles of lakeshore, and the lake, a lot of fun activities like Boat, fish or swim on the water; hike, mountain-bike, go birding or geocaching.There are quite a few great restaurants and bars in the area. The Quinlan downtown is 6 miles away which has a full-sized Walmart Supercenter and a full-sized Brookshires grocery store, along with other shops and stores including Fix & Feed, Giddy Up and Go Coffee Shop, Jazzys taps N Toes, Lotus & Vine and Southern Rhea’s Boutique.
