This resort is very old and sad. My one bedroom unit has one air conditioning unit in the bedroom and it’s just not sufficient to cool the dining and living area. All the furniture and appliances in unit is old or broken. All the stove and oven is not working. There is a community kitchen behind check-in area that look very messy and dirty. Four electric gas grills in picnic area not working. Grilling utensils by grilling area dirty. Indoor pool will hot tub is dirty and old. Outdoor pool is very small and nice with shaded seating area but only open til five pm. Now the really bad. You can’t get any amenities from housekeeping or front door except for three morning hours on Monday and Thursdays during towel exchange. If you run out of toilet paper you will be told to go buy your necessity at the dollar store. Website listed guest laundry is available and there is a sign by check-in area. The door was locked the entire week I was there. Asked the front desk and was told they is no guest laundry. This is a beach town. Management just doesn’t care. Cape Cod has many great restaurants but all very expensive. There are also many good timeshare resort on the island to choose. Feels bad for the family who own this property.

First red flag: in July 2022 they refuse service to anyone not wearing a mask, and they absolutely do NOT supply masks, but let you know what stores still sell them. Second red flag: my son dropped a Cheeto on the floor and it was covered in ants within minutes. Didn’t see the ants before then, but they must have been there. Third red flag: room came with a roll and half of toilet paper. On the third day we were getting low so I went to get another roll. Receptionist said they only supply toilet paper on Mondays and Wednesdays. Any other day you want toilet paper you must buy your own. I asked more questions about that because it was such an inane thing. She said the toilet paper is locked up and that room is only opened on Mondays and Wednesdays and she didn’t have a key so she had no toilet paper to give. Weird policy if you ask me. For hundreds of dollars a day it seems strange. I recommend you look else where.
