The accommodation is not at all as advertised on any website. We eventually never stayed over as I felt the place was dilapidated and poorly kept. I believe it is under NEW management so maybe it should be re-evaluated. I am still waiting on a reply from Agoda who did my booking for me.

Cutlery was so dirty! place is very run down. Waited half hour that someone was there to help us with booking. Staff complaining over owners. Staff asking for a smoke. Pool was dirty and not cleaned Onky one owner was informed about payment, had to wait for his girlfriend to have payment checked, he was rude about it too, i guess you get rude drinking at your own bar....

The Kraal is close to Addo Elephant National Park. Very nice and friendly host. Food was excellent. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Would recommend The Kraal for visitors wanting to visit Addo Elephant National Park.

Staff were friendly, the owner very helpful. Room had a smell, carpet stained and I do not think having a mini stove in a carpeted room is a good idea. Morning shower, had no water. Cracked TV. Unrest in the area, we should have been warned.

All I can say is that is the most AWFUL stay we have had Rooms do not look like the pictures My bed broke So many mosquitos Air conditioner broken Beware of drunk staff who bang on your door at midnight ! Locals blaspheming with racist comments Never going back
