Ideal for an overnight stay. Cleanliness could be much better in the bathroom although not bad, for example to clean the base of the toilet, noticed when having a bath. Shower cap required for shower if you don’t want your hair to get wet as you can’t adjust the height. Dust in lights above kettle area, attention to detail would be good. Yes I would stay again as easy with family. Unfortunately didn’t experience dinner here as it was fully booked which as a hotel guess I was surprised they couldn’t fit a family of 4 in however we did have breakfast and it was 5/5.

I stayed here about a week ago with my family before heading to Bristol airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. I had a good night sleep before having to get up early to head to the airport. We unfortunately left to early to be able to have breakfast.

We go to Weston Super Mare as often as we can for a relaxing break and always stay at this hotel. Rooms are great, and we’ve never had a problem. The staff are always really friendly and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Same situation with the housekeepers, always cheerful and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

To have only one key that accessed our room would have been ideal. To be awoken at 0315 with strangers stood at the bottom of the bed saying the key let them in was frightening. Did not know if we were being robbed or attacked. This also meant was unable to relax and go back to sleep properly as was worried about them coming back. After breakfast went back to room to relax and try and sleep as was tired only to have the housekeeper knock on door before checking out time, they said sorry and left. I did go back to sleep only to be awoken by someone in the room again. This was the housekeeper who had come back, this was well before checking out time and made me jump again. It felt like we were in the community room where anyone could just come in. This was explained to the reception staff who said they would pass it on to the manager, but they were not due in until 1500, and then they would look at it. This was the last I heard and have had no communication from them. Our safety and security was not a priority for this hotel when it should have been. With no manager or duty manager available to resolve any issues that any guest could possibly have during their stay.

The room itself was very good. Comfortable bed, bathroom very clean. Unfortunately only one towel had been left. Which for a couple staying four nights was not enough. So down to reception we went to ask for another towel, and a mat to stand on when exiting the shower. It was rather irritating - to say the least - that at least four times we had to go to reception and get our key cards re-done. Apparently they are quite skittish. We were told, politely, not to put them near a phone, or credit card etc. This may be the case with some people, but we know for certain that one of the cards were not near anything at all. This was very annoying when we had to go back to reception via a wet and windy car park to get a key re issued. The staff were always very pleasant, but it was annoying. Luckily, on one occasion a very kind lady who was getting rooms ready actually went to reception on our behalf because my husband had already been - pressed the bell twice - and had no response. She went beyond her duty. The Beefeater restaurant for breakfast was perfectly adequate. Hot food, pleasant staff. But.....if you have a meal deal and go for dinner it seems that many of the options now have supplements on them. Added to this, some ciders and beers may or may not be available. The staff were not sure, which all in all seemed a tad un professional. We have had meal deals through Premier Inn previously, but we wonder if the extra supplements will make it worth while in the future. Plus it can now be confusing working out the prices. The hotel is ideally located - nicely placed near all major roads. Parking is very good too, just remember to input your reg number.

No working air conditioning or heating. Had to rely on an oil heater. The wall mounted heater sparked numerous times waking us up and leaving us concerned for our safety. Other Premier Inn hotels have always been great. We stay at Premier Inn as my wife is blind and it helps the rooms are always a similar layout regardless of location. The price is also usually competitive and we don't like to spend any more than necessary stuck in a hotel room.

We stayed at this hotel before and never had problems we arrived late pm as we were attending a comic con at the winter gardens we asked if we could move to the new block as its nicer rooms which was no problem we couldn't book breakfast for both days as there computer wouldn't let them or something the room was clean and comfortable the next morning we went for breakfast and payed on the day and again on the Sunday food was nice the only thing about the new block is there is no lift so you have to go up stairs so not good if your disabled
