The location was perfect being so close to facilities and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The room was well designed and spacious. Unfortunately, the DSTV selection was the cheapest option with nothing of interest showing, the bed was very soft and the pillows needed to be replaced as it felt as though the foam had solidified. We had a very poor nights sleep. Additionally, I had selected to pay on arrival, but my card was debited ASAP, so why have the option? Next week I have chosen a different venue in the same area.

We had a lovely stay at the Faraway Lodge, in a secluded and peaceful cul-de-sac with a lovely private pool and secure parking. Godfrey was a wonderful host, always on hand to answer any queries and provided delicious breakfasts. The room was sparkling clean every day. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Faraway Lodge B&B. Nonetheless, I would suggest some improvements to help enhance the overall guest experience. Firstly, it would be useful to have Wi-Fi password information available in the room for easy access. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a phone number or other means of contacting reception staff readily available for guests to seek assistance or guidance on any queries that they may have. Lastly, it would be helpful if bathroom mats and towels were returned to the room after cleaning. Overall, I loved my stay at Faraway Lodge B&B.

Second time i stay there. Will do again. I probably have to go down to Durban again in January. Breakfast was good, Rooms are clean and this time i had a big room. very comfortable. Parking is reasonable secure. Very little noise. And no traffic noise.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only disappointing point was that the bathroom did not have a door. If you’re lying in bed you can see whoever is on the toilet. Not suitable at all. But otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

First time staying here at Faraway Lodge. Went for business and what a lovely stay of two nights, friendly and clean. Definitely will book again. Thank you Charles for your hospitality. Recommend it!!!

Everything was clean and to my liking. It was a very comfortable stay. I'll probably travel to DBN again in June/jJuly. Will book there again if possible. The parking is safe. Breakfast was good and hot.
