Was a total disappointment. Extremely dirty/stained carpet, room was then changed.. urgently needed renovation inside and out. Breakfast was very limited. Little choice of tea, no cappuccino/espresso, no or very little rye bread/rolls. Price is currently not justified! Location is good though

The hotel is close to the historic center. That's the only positive point. The rooms aren't exactly clean. There are cobwebs on the ceiling, the carpet is stained and the bathroom is just about OK. The staff in general seem overwhelmed. There is no compensation offered for not having the room cleaned if you stay for several days. One can only hope that something changes quickly.

There is no room service, apparently there is not enough staff. If you want fresh towels, you have to let us know and clean ones will be put in your room, while the dirty ones remain in the bathroom. The beds are not made and the trash cans are not even emptied. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is good, the city center is within walking distance. There is no restaurant during the day or in the evening. If you want to sit together with friends in the evening, you can get a drink from the fridge before 10 p.m. It closes after 10 p.m. There is a breakfast buffet.

The location is perfect, on the edge of the old town and right next to the town hall. We had a very nice room with a balcony and a view of the greenery. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee galore. We had booked half board. Due to a lack of staff, we had to eat in a nearby restaurant. It really wasn't far and the food was great. We really liked it and will definitely come back.
