The staff made this a 5 out of 5 experience for me. I visited with my son. He has a non verbal autism diagnosis and waiting is not his strong point. When I explained that we could not make breakfast because of this they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They called each morning to take a breakfast order and delivered it to the room. I really felt they cared about our stay. I would definitely come back here and would recommend highly to others

Unfortunately I felt it necessary to write this review after a very disappointing visit to this hotel. After visiting here for night’s out and coffee on the decking area nothing has really improved. The decking area needs painting, the service was so slow for outside, tables not cleaned for over an hr. When we did get service they forgot cutlery and sugar. I did mention this at the bar and noticed there was staff just standing around doing nothing. Why advertise outside area open when clearly they have no interest in improving it. I would suggest upgrading the outside area and have music for some ambience which will definitely improve the hotel for the summer. Such a shame as it could be a great hotel.

We have stayed at this little gem three times and intend to stay more. We found it on of of our regular ferry crossing between Rosslare and Bilbao and we were delighted with our find. The hotel is currently undergoing a makeover but despite this everything else was perfect . Positives - big warm bedroom, stacks of hot water, decent TV, comfortable bed and stacks of towels, Great bar, nice staff, good and choice of food. I would highly recommend the cooked breakfast which is absolutely amazing and served directly to your table . I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
