I stayed at The Wadham last year and received a very warm welcome after a difficult train journey.I enjoyed my time so much I returned this year and I enjoyed it just as much.Ian and Tracie are excellent hosts,good company and very knowledgeable about Weymouth and the surrounding area.I certainly hope to visit again

Absolutely love this accommodation, very lovely couple, very clean and tidy and always smells lovely, beautiful rooms and well equipped, beds very comfortable, breakfast is very nice and they have everything you ask for, will be back next year

I recently stayed at The Wadham for a business trip and couldn’t have been more impressed. Tracie and Ian were absolutely wonderful hosts—so welcoming and attentive, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The B&B itself is spotless, in a fantastic location, and the breakfast was simply amazing—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was a real pleasure staying here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Weymouth. Thank you again, Tracie and Ian—I’ll definitely be booking next time I’m in town!

Just returned from The Wadham after a 3 night stay thus was our 2nd visit the rooms have all been redecorated we had room no 4 on the second floor overlooking the courtyard garden.The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable with tea and coffee a fridge and ensuite.Our hosts Tracie and Ian go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one and all the little touches there is nothing they dont think of...umbrellas sun tan lotion water you name it all there.Ian cooked us a delicious breakfast which was served in the dining room which had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with all the guests sat around one table so we could all share out experiences. They also had tables for 2 if you wanted. The guest house is set back a few mins walk from harbour and beach so very central to everything .This really is a little gem in Weymouth with lovely warm and welcoming hosts.Thank you Tracie and Ian we will be back!

We got recommended to stay here by a family member and we were not disappointed ! Beautiful place. Wonderful friendly couple. Breakfast was lovely ( you don't have to have breakfast though) the harbour is literally 20 steps away and what a fantastic place it is. The town and beach are also in waking distance with plenty to do. Everyone should stay at the wadham..you won't regret it . Comfortable bed.. we had a lovely nights sleep..lovely rooms. Wonderful place 😊

Couldn't fault our stay !! From the outset, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by our hosts Ian and Tracie. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished just as advertised and the breakfast was freshly cooked with great quality ingredients. Really enjoyed our time with you both and we'll definitely be back.

The best b+b I have stayed in Ian and Tracey are so welcomeing and can't do enough for you rooms are well decorated and the little things make it perfect place for starting point for your trip to weymouth and after a day exploring the perfect b+b to rest your head

What a gem Tracie & Ian made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived & nothing was to much trouble for them We’ve been coming to Weymouth for 30yrs & i can honestly say that we have finally found our favourite place to stay!! The accommodation is 10/10 as is the breakfast it will 💯 be the only place we will stay when we vist again absolutely perfect 🤩
