We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room and requested a quiet room. We were given a corner location, which was very comfortable. There was a small river next to the room, and we fell asleep listening to the sound of the gurgling water at night. It was so comfortable. The kitchen and living room were spacious. The only drawback was that we checked out at 11 am. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool and other facilities.
It is a classic hotel, standard and everything is just right. The room decoration style is old-fashioned, not modern and stylish. The outdoor SPA and sauna in winter are great. The hotel is beautifully decorated during the Christmas season, like a fairy tale world, with concerts and Santa Claus. Of course, the room rate is also high. It is not reasonable to charge an additional 50 Canadian dollars per day for the experience fee. Some simple activities organized by the hotel, such as yoga, hiking, and visiting museums, have to be paid whether you participate or not. Note that you should give a tip to the room.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is a little far, but there is a free shuttle bus at the door, which is very convenient. The hot spring bath effectively relieves fatigue. The hotel has a snow track for sliding in and out, and the hot spring bath effectively relieves fatigue.

The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
The facilities are perfect, but a bit old, the heating in the room was broken the night I checked in. There is parking lot. The apartment-style rooms have higher floors and are divided into upper and lower floors. The lower floor is the living room dining room bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a master bedroom on the upper floor, as well as a sauna room, but I haven’t tried it out and I don’t know if it will work. Sanitation is a bit old, and the basin is poorly drained.

It was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old.
The two-bedroom and two-bathroom suites are very good and meet the needs of our family. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the supermarket is convenient, and the kitchen facilities are also very good. There is a hot spring pool downstairs, which is great!

Outstanding
RRuininiThe room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good 👍 The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!
LLuuudwigThis is probably the most convenient hotel in Whistler Village. Although it is not completely ski-in/ski-out, there is a ski valet at the nearest location after going down the mountain. There is no extra charge, and you don't need to carry your snowboard back. The room faces the woods and is very quiet. The fireplace is very warm. The kitchen facilities are very complete, except that there is a little residue in the microwave that was not cleaned up. Parking is a little expensive, but it seems to be the same here. The Japanese food store on the first floor is delicious.
AANLUNThe location of the hotel is quite good, right next to the gondola. If you drive, you have to pay for parking. Whistler's hotel rooms all have their own kitchens for easy cooking. Of course, the surroundings are also delicious, and it is good to find any one. The bed rolled down from a large cupboard, but the Queen size was enough for two adults to sleep.
FF000611There is a supermarket/bar/fast food restaurant across the street, and the town square is a 2-minute walk away; there is a private parking lot, 24 yuan per day, which is not expensive;
Because the airline lost my luggage, I communicated with the front desk, and the attitude was very good.
The room facilities are relatively complete and new, the only thing is that it is a bit small, if the big suitcases are opened, it is difficult to move
GGuest UserPan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.
VViolaLinIt’s my second time to stay at Hilton Whistler. Love the service and environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s not large. Resort fee$58 was charged when we checked out.
CCKLLEcecellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is very nice and spacious. We booked a duplex room. There is a kitchen table on the first floor that can be turned into a double bed at night. The sofa can be pulled out into a single bed and there is a 1.8-meter large bed upstairs. It is very suitable for family travel. And the location is very convenient for parking and traveling in the village. It is only five minutes away from the ski lift! Highly recommended to families!
GGuest UserFacilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm
DDHL321Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
