Legends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).
The Fairmont Whistler is a very nice property and super central. However, we felt that it was generally over-priced and they pushed the limit the whole time there on the various non-room charges. C$50 resort fee. C$50 per night for parking. C$200 for buffet breakfast for 4. The cost of our stay easily doubled. On top of that, they seem to lack the capacity to service all of their guests. Breakfast lines were very long and we waited 45 minutes for our valet. On top of this, our rooms were not ready at 4pm per their guarantee and, once we received the keys, they didn't work. Lines at the front desk were super long as well. We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler as well and will return there next time. The guest experience there is much better.
The management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.

I’m sorry to say our experience was average at best, and I’m glad we only had one night there. Our room was facing the township on the floor above the pool level, and while it had some cute views, we were kept up all night by the noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs, until around 2-3am. We were not advised that there would be noise during check in. There are earplugs available outside of the elevators, though they do very little to keep the noise at bay, as there is also heavy bass. We paid extra for parking (on top of the expensive one night rate) but at least concierge parking was the same price as self-parking. Staff were nice and accommodating when it came to the parking. Pro: our room was modern and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Con: the noise. Tip: make sure to book a room on a higher floor opposite the township if you want a decent sleep. Sadly, I (personally) wouldn’t stay again.
Enjoyed my stay at Blackcomb Springs Suites and the direct access to the mountain. This would be great in winter too. Especially when you've skied hard all day and just want to relax, boom, pop off your skiis and you're already at your hotel. Hard to beat that. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tubs were so beautiful. For sure, I'm coming back soon and next time bringing the family.
Our stay at Evolution made as rethink going to a regular hotel the next time we are in Whistler (previously stayed at the Fairmount Hotel’s ). It’s located on Creekside so not in the village. Our suite was clean, spacious, with modern amenities - higher end appliances, huge soaker tub and shower, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace - everything a family would need. I was impressed they even provided dishwasher pods and laundry soap. The pool was small but available to book to keep the numbers low due to COVID-19. We also appreciated the 11:00 am check out. We will return and hopefully by then the games room, sauna, steam room and gym will be opened.
Facilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm
The location is convenient, the service staff is courteous, and you are already in a walking town as soon as you leave the hotel, and you can also go directly to the cable car station, which is very convenient.
Unfortunately, many tourist attractions are not open on weekdays. If you plan to go to Whistler, it is best to check the attractions online in advance, otherwise you will be a little disappointed.
If you need to drive to this hotel, the daily parking fee is 25 yuan. Basically, there are many restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient. This is the only tourist attraction that is not open, which is a bit disappointing!
If I have the opportunity to visit this place again, I will choose this hotel to stay.
Great room layout, fireplace, soothing music when we entered room, clean, kitchenette with dishes, plenty of coffee, parking with elevator to rooms. Near Whistler North. Many restaurants and shops outside your hotel. A real village experience. Didn’t try the sauna, hot tub or pool. Next time! Perfect!

GGuest UserMy girls and myself had a wonderful experience at Four Season. Staff are friendly, helpful and provided with flexibility in terms of check-in or check-out arrangement. The room is just perfect, either cleanliness or settings. Food was great. re-visit is a MUST.
AAnonymous UserThe location is unbeatable. You can go to the cable car for skiing or sightseeing. There are many restaurants and shopping malls. However, the hotel is a bit old and the sound insulation is not very good. They accept pets, so I can hear dogs barking at night.
The expression at the counter is also quite cold. There are many people in the pool and I feel that the water is not very clean.
AANLUNThe location of the hotel is quite good, right next to the gondola. If you drive, you have to pay for parking. Whistler's hotel rooms all have their own kitchens for easy cooking. Of course, the surroundings are also delicious, and it is good to find any one. The bed rolled down from a large cupboard, but the Queen size was enough for two adults to sleep.
GGuest UserI love this hotel because of many reasons. First of foremost is the staff because they were friendly, happy and helpful. One night I needed a 1 page print out and she didn’t mind the hassle of printing it out. Secondly is the location. It is the middle of everything. 2 times we simply had to walk next door or across the street for breakfast. We were hiking and only had dinners 3 times and they were all within 10 minutes walk. Thirdly is the room itself. I love the kitchen, the microwave oven , the fridge. The room decoration is so cozy. The sofa and the chair soft. The room is angular but spacious. It has a balcony that faces a forest/trail. There are chairs and tables on the ground level where people can relax but we were at no time bother by the noise ( we were on the 2nd floor and near the elevator ) . If I am tired of eating out , I can cook because it has a 2 burner stove but I have to bring my own oil, salt, pepper , everything but I did see ( I think ) detergent. A+ . We took a bus there so we didn’t need to pay for parking. You don’t need a car there . We took a bus for $2.50 south to the Interpretive Forest and did 2 hikes. On the 2nd day we took a ‘góndola “ up the mountain. Great city to visit. Will definitely come back again. Thank God for the wonderful weather.
GGuest UserPan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. Even hrough we did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel we were given a voucher to use at the mountside hotel for dinner. Staff are friendly and the room is very clean and big. Will definitely recommend friend to stay if they are visiting Whistler. Thank you.
LLindaThe staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call.
On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members.
The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly.
Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers.
I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.
LLawrenceEcecellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.
My twin daughters and I went to celebrate their 16th birthdays! This location is great. Easy on site parking. The pool, hot tub, and deck chairs were clean and inviting. There were plenty of towels available. The management staff was approachable and able to resolve any issues.
DDHL321Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
CCHICHIUIn the Vancouver Whistler ski resort, I used to want to try it when I was there, because it was only a matter of more than an hour to drive back. It was very cost-effective just this time.
The average price for hotels in Whistler is AED 1,229 on weekdays, and AED 1,545 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
