Wonderful North East hospitality from Rosy, greeting us with enthusiasm and full of information and advice. A small but well positioned guest house a few minutes from the sea and near plenty of eating places. Our room was quiet, exceptionally clean, nice toiletries, comfy bed. The breakfast was perfect, hot and cold choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, so clean, very friendly. Lovely atmosphere, easy to explore around the area, close to Metro station. Good choice of breakfast, would stay again, definitely to be recommended. 5 star B&B. Good value for money, worth every penny

Paul was a great host, very friendly and welcoming , a good breakfast to start off your day , comfy room . Local to the amenities,a short walk to the sea front and beach . A bouns we also had some sunny weather. Will stop here again definitely, Highly recommended .

Really enjoyed my stay, the bloke made me and my partner feel welcome very laid back. Room was very clean, bathroom & shower was spot on. We went out to the playhouse and once we returned my partner left for a smoke and locked herself out. The bloke got up at silly hours in the morning to let her back in not to mention he was also up at 7 o’clock to cook out breakfasts for half 7 which was amazing! We only live down the road but if we return to Whitley bay in the future we would return to stay here.

Paul was a welcoming host on our final night of walking across Britain. My wife especially appreciated that he was the only host (over eight nights) who troubled himself to bring our (heavy) luggage up to our room! The room was comfortable and clean with modern fixtures and decor. Breakfast was timely and very good; his offerings were more upscale than the traditional fare we've been used to. And he was helpful in providing information about how to make our London train out of Newcastle. All in all a very nice experience & highly recommended.

Booked at short notice for a last minute family event locally. Arrived late but the host stayed to greet me. Really well equipped room with refreshments, charge points for the electronics, big TV & a really well equipped bathroom with lots of complementary essentials (cotton buds, cotton wall along with a good selection of shower washes). Had to decided on breakfast the night before & opted for eggs benedict - probably the best I've ever had🙂. Good selection of cereal/yoghurt too & great coffee
