Johnny is a warm and engaging host who provides a lovely country home experience convenient to Rathdrum village and the train to Dublin. Quiet surroundings, comfortable beds and the full Irish breakfast were wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing.

Johnny was the perfect host, very pleasant and welcoming. The B&B was spotless. Our room was bright and airy with a decent ensuite. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. He gave us advice on what to see and where to go. One of his suggestions was the tree top walk in Avondale house and gardens. We were not disappointed. Johnny's B&B is highly recommended.
