Basic, blinds not sufficient to block out light or stop people seeing in, apartment not cleaned properly and we got woken at 7am by workmen who then started hammer drilling less than half an hour later. This woke our baby who hadn’t long gone back to sleep, she was then very unsettled. I approached the workmen who told me they were working all day installing air conditioning. I contacted the office and got told “we have to complete the install today, anyway you check out today so it’s ok” no apology, no sympathy and no customer care. Avoid at all costs.
