Hervorragender Service mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und ausgesprochen sehr netten Servicepersonal . Auch auf Sonderwünsche als Reisegruppe wurde alles möglich gemacht um auch Einzelwünsche umzusetzen. Immer wieder gerne auch zu privaten Anlässen empfehlenswertes Lokal mit fleischhaltigen aber von regionalem nachhaltigen Anbieter. Reichhaltige Karte und stilvoller, separater Raucher-Bikerkneipe mit SKY Empfang. Im UG umfangreichher SPA-Bereich mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen und 2 Salzgrotten mit Massagebereich : für getresste Menschen oder Mitreisende, die dort umfangende seelische Entspannnung finden können.

Neben einer akzeptablen Möblierung des Doppelzimmers (ohne Minibar und Safe) erwartete uns auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher samt 2 Tassen und Teelöffeln. Beim Besuch der Hausbar erhielten wir auf Nachfrage, ob die Ausstattung des Wasserkochers mit Teebeuteln und Zucker eventuell vergessen wurde die Auskunft, dass wir uns freuen sollten, dass das Hotel den Wasserkocher zur Verfügung stellt. Tee oder Zucker müssten die Gäste selbst mitbringen. Man sei ja schließlich kein 4 oder 5 Sterne-Hotel. Damit nicht genug, bestellte meine Frau einen alkoholfreien Cocktail mit Beerenfrüchten. Dieser war versehen mit einem Strohhalm und einem Rührstab. Auf Nachfrage nach einer Coctailgabel oder einem Cocktaillöffel um die Früchte verzehren zu können erhielt meine Frau eine Speisegabel, über Cocktailgabeln würde man nicht verfügen. Insgesamt erfolgten die Reaktionen des Personals zusätzlich noch in einem sehr patzigen Ton. Ich habe viele Hotels kennengelernt, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wer Wert auf Service legt, sollte dieses Hotel absolut meiden.

Deutliche Verbesserung zum letzten Besuch. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöner Wellness Bereich mit Sauna, Bio- und Infrarot-Sauna. Sky in der Lobby und alle aktuellen Journale. Restaurant im Haus. Scooter-Verleih. Sehr gutes Frühstück. E-Ladestation am Hotel.

Positiv: Freundliches Personal, kleine Kneipe (wenn auch Raucherkneipe) Negativ: Sehr altes und stark renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer mit getrennten Betten. Wir hatten ein „Superior“ Zimmer mit Blick auf Dachschindeln drei Meter vor dem Fenster. Die leeren Flaschen von einem vorherigen Gast standen noch im Schrank. Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück müssen dringend überarbeitet werden. Das ganze Hotel riecht nach Rauch, da in der Kneipe geraucht werden darf.
