"We stayed here a few years before and really enjoyed our stayed so booked to come back for our anniversary. We were in the opposite side of the building this time and it was still delightful. We really enjoyed the separation of the bathroom from the bedroom with a little study area. The place was starting to get a little run down however. There was no handle on the toilet, and one of the bathroom lights didn’t work. Toilet roll was paper thin and the lights above the bed were perfect height for hitting your head when getting in and out of bed. Other than that though he we enjoyed our stayed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the restaurant food was delicious."

"Very pleasant staff on check in.
Parking free and could spill into Toby Carvery car park next door with no fear of being stung for parking charges.
Room had everything we needed and was accessible - hairdryer attached to mirror.
Places to hang towels on walls. Plenty of hanging space. Spacious shower and Dove toiletries.
Comfy beds.
Excellent breakfast.
Staff were brilliant. Dealt with spillages efficiently and with a smile and tables were cleared promptly.
Only negative was decor was perhaps a little tired.
Perhaps a key card entry to access bedrooms although reception was 24 hour.
Would recommend 👍"

"British-style Victorian building, convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the old city, parking in the courtyard; the room is newly renovated, clean, warm, very stylish, advanced facilities, with electric curtains/hot shower and bathtub; smart APP can order food, adjust room temperature, etc. The daily breakfast is rich and delicious, and the coffee drink machine can be used by yourself. Staff Tony/ Dianna courteous and thoughtful. Perfect guest house, highly recommended"

The entrance is difficult to find, there is no receptionist, and the code sent via email does not work. You have to call to ask for it. If you are a foreigner and do not have a local number, the call fee is very expensive. The staff's accent is not British or American, which is very difficult to understand. I could not understand the numbers until a neighbor came to help me listen. Overall, it is not okay."

"The room is clean and tidy, the area is 30 square meters +, very comfortable, parking is free, the steak restaurant downstairs is delicious and not expensive, there is a supermarket + gas station next to the hotel, milk, fresh fruit, etc. Don't live in the hottest days in summer, there is no air conditioning. There is no problem in winter, there is an electric heater."
