Crusader Oceanfront Resort

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Love the room looking over the pool with a view of the ocean. After we checked in I got a text asking if we needed anything- so I called and requested sharp knife to cut melon, and some extra coffee cups etc. Ten minutes later they brought what we asked for

I am beyond happy to have booked a return trip to The Crusader for my family this July. We decided to try The Crusader last year, and we all loved it! We have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest since 1989 when I was 14 years old. Since my Dad passed away a few years ago, we have been searching for a "new" place that was happy and accommodating to my family plus my Mom. The Crusader is everything that a real Wildwood Crest motel was and always should be. We all agreed that it has been the best place we have found since losing my Dad. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well thought-out, and the whole hotel is just wonderful in every way. The staff on the phone and in person were very nice and made us feel welcome. Parking is great and the restaurant and decks just complete the package. I am happy that there is a laundry room on site and will use that this upcoming vacation since our stay will be longer. I am recommending The Crusader to all of my family and friends. It's well worth the trip and money. To be honest, we are choosing The Crusader over a condo this summer because we were far more impressed with The Crusader than our Diamond Beach condo!

Not super happy with this place, clean enough but I was put off by the air freshener/cleaning products. They smell like the rubber air fresheners used in the urinals in public restrooms. They don’t have an ice machine, you have to buy a bag of Sea Isle from the parking lot. Also, they clean the pool area by hosing all the sand on the deck into the pool! What the heck. However it is a great location.

The hotel was perfect, ocean front, very clean, wonderful service and spacious room with great restaurant in the hotel!! I really recommend // Les voyageurs du Québec c’est vraiment un endroit formidable!! Le service est formidable Kathy

Excellent stay. Very affordable and right next to the beach. Staff are friendly and nice. They allowed us an early check in. We will be back for sure.

This property is a great location. On the beach and away from the busy boardwalk. Clean Very clean lobby, rooms, deck and pool. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant had good food and friendly staff. Great location on the beach. Would Highly recommend this hotel.
