We had initially booked 5 nights to stay at this property but the apartment was in no condition to be slept or stayed in . The entire apartment was dirty. Thhai in the shower and bathroom, dirty toilet, the couch and the bed sheets were completely stained. We slept on towels! The owners attended to us and sent someone the evening of our arrival to clean but is was still very subpar. They didn’t have a vacuum or broom, only a mop. We decided not to stay here but due to the fact that we couldn’t find another place to stay on our first night, we had to stay the one night at this location . The owner offered to refund us for 4 of the 5 nights but not the first night. There was no AC in the kitchen and living area. And once we checked in, we were notified we would be charged for the electricity to run the 3 air conditioner units past 6 hrs a day. AC was only in the bedrooms and closet. The rest of the house was extremely hot!! You couldn’t even use the kitchen because of the heat! The entrance to the unit was terrible and the roads in no condition to roll your luggage . The owner did not even offer to help us upstairs with our luggage. There was no designated parking as indicated on ***********. The area is not well-lit at night and unpleasant to walk after sunset, we felt extremely unsafe . I would not recommend this place/unit to anyone coming to stay in Curaçao!

Very nice complex of modernised old houses in excellent condition and with all the comforts, located on the Hoogstraat, a short walk from the city centre. The units vary from the smallest (kitchen-dining room, bathroom and bedroom) to the largest with several bedrooms. There is a washing machine in the common area to be used on request.

Cuartos bonitos, pero la suite con piscina siempre estaba con hojas y debería de ser temperada, y full mosquitos !! Servicio de limpieza muy bueno y atención muy acogedora No hay garage pero se puede estacionar en la calle Hay un guardia en la noche.

De appartementen bevinden zich in authentieke huizen in de mooie wijk Otrabanda. Het is heerlijk verblijven. Vanuit je appartement loop je zo het centrum in. En met een auto zit je vrij centraal t.o.v. alle stranden op het eiland. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Wij hebben een akkefietje gehad met de huurauto en de eigenaar heeft ons uitstekend geholpen. Dit was onze t****e keer hier en het was weer een heerlijke vakantie. En inmiddels heeft de eigenaar ook een heerlijk restaurantje geopend tegenover het appartementen complex. Hier kun je heerlijk ontbijten, lunchen, dineren en zo maar wat drinken. Absoluut een aanrader.
