although it is a big hotel, you feel very welcome, and it is a very nice location close to ski piste, and the hotel has nice accomodation like swimming pool, spa and kids room. Food is perfect!!

Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. He said he would report it. Cleaned the marks stocked the coffee and left. For the price of the hotel, this is not what we expected. Our friends room was also a family room and not made up . He had to go down to reception 2 imes over various issues. I can't recommend this hotel and I would suggest you cook elsewhere. I gave it 3 stars because the view was ok and there's free parking. We also got a little welcome gift of cards and some dice which was a nice touch.

The staff with cero customer service training or education in all levels, the hotel is way more expensive versus what we thought was the hotel, everybody there cant smile or helpful, the only thing that was good was the breakfast, good quality and variety, for the rest zero recommended, to pricy for so low quality.

Food first night dinner was not too exciting. Some was already cold and dumplings dry and hard. The surprise came when the "minifridge" was not working. We could not put our chocolate in the fridge. So we asked for it to be repaired. To our surprise we have been told that we have to pay extra 10.00 EURO for an empty mini fridge to operate ?!? What? Never seen that in 40 years travelling in a 4star hotel. Safe also not working. Asked for tech to come - yet to come :-(. Exhaust fan in toilet is not working and no King-size bed, just two single beds put together in the double room. No coffee maker in the room - have to go to reception to "borrow" a water cattle. So standard for a 4 start hotel not reached in my opinion.

Came here for a conference just the other week. Beds were comfortable enough. Toilets were okay. Hygiene was good. Food was great and price too! Staff could be friendlier. May come here again in the not too distance future. Room walls were a bit thin

Large conference style hotel, with hundreds of rooms. Have visited multiple timed over the years. Last visit was during Corona measures, hotel was handling this as well as could be. Conveniently located within walking distance of slopes. Rooms are spacious and would hold 2 adults and 2 kids easily. Rooms are slightly dated but not too bad. Beds are probably the worst I’ve had in any hotel. Add-on beds are essentially couches with hard buttons in the middle. The full bed has ultra-hard mattresses, which made sleeping difficult for all of us. There is a pool and sauna on site which for my stay were fine, but would be way too small with full occupation. Hotel offers 2 buffet style restaurants, one was open during my stay. Quality of offered options was at mediocre “hospital” level. Desserts were slightly above. Breakfast was acceptable. I remember this being better in the past, but Corona may have impacted available choices. Overall, this hotel would be acceptable for a family with 2 small children for a long weekend. I will probably start looking somewhere else.

Spiritual experience. Stayed three nights. As I said before, staff could be more affable. Food was nice though and beds were fine. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Their price could also have been cheaper

Fliesen wohin man schaut.
