The pullout bed was disgustingly dirty, not even suitable for my kids; very thin and uneven mattress. All they felt were the bars underneath. Had to ask for pillows for both beds and bedding for pull out; night manager was rude about getting them. There were a set of false eyelashes on the night table when we checked in. The breakfast was limited and out of bread for toast. The lids didn’t fit the coffee cups. We were left with stale pre-made pancake or cereal as opinions. Lots of staff around but the lobby was dirty and nobody was attentive to guests needs.
