Two bedroom two bath one story house. The house has a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, except the food. The house sleeps 6, with a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and two twin air mattresses where they can be placed in multiple area of the house. Our house is close to downtown Wilmington as well as close to the world equestrian center. All furniture is brand new and extremely comfortable. This was our second time staying here - last time was in 2023. The house is pretty much the same as it was then (not a bad thing, just commentary). Not the most upscale lodging but covers all the bases in comfort and within walking distance to downtown. We had a bit of drama at check in due to not getting the access codes but were able to get it resolved with help from Vrbo customer support and the host.

Beautiful House
We come into town once a year for a horse show and love staying here. The check in process was flawless. We even got to check in an hour early which was amazing. The house is very homey. We love that there is a washer & dryer and 2 bathrooms. We will definitely be staying again

Graduation stay

Staying for Horse show at WEC
Prior to arrival requested info to get into property; upon arrival still didn't have key to get into; they were putting roof on however, didn't do when I was at the house; after arriving home from their first night of the roof project the doors were locked and I couldn't enter again. Also advise to bring your own towels. Owner did respond when needed, just a bit of a hassle especially after 7 hr drive.

Great homebase while showing at WEC
Initially booked for 10 nights, Jonathan was flexible and with short notice let us add a day to avoid traveling in bad weather. House is spacious, with everything you need for your stay. Quick response when we had a question. Convenient to WEC and town. Would definitely stay again.

It worked out
RENTER BEWARE- property reviews states this is often double booked which we found to be true when we arrived at the property. We were not provided check in information prior to arrival and had to contact property manager who did immediately made us aware that it was double booked and wanted to move us to another location. We were already on site and requested to stay there since we were first arrival. It ultimately worked out for us however BEWARE listing is also on another site.

Convenient and Clean
We enjoyed our stay! Clean small home in a convenient location. Wish there were some more kitchen tools, but we made do. Would stay again.

Double booked
I booked this house over a month ago. We arrived late in the evening to a house that already had people in it! We called the host who said they had trouble with VRBO and didn’t have another house to offer us. They were very apologetic, but in the end we had no place to stay at 9pm the vending of our arrival
