This is the worst experience I have had staying in the Lake District. I drove from Glasgow for four hours in the wind and rain to get to the Lake District. I wanted to take a hot shower and have a good rest and continue my journey tomorrow. As a result, the sewer in the guest room shower room was blocked and I couldn't take a shower. I will report the situation to the manager at 10 am tomorrow... Do you think you are running a restaurant and you close the door at a certain time? You provide accommodation services. If you design it as a self-service check-in and unmanned service, you must ensure that the relevant facilities are available. If you can't take a shower and only provide beds, you are not as good as a youth hostel! I can be sure that you have not cleaned the shower room, because you will find it as soon as you run water during cleaning, and there is some dirt from the shower floating on the blocked water surface, which is disgusting! I took photos and videos of the traffic jam. Ctrip started to negotiate with the hotel on the 9th, but the hotel has ignored it until today and insisted that it has no responsibility (I can't find any swear words to scold you). I want to tell you that I am not a Chinese tourist in the UK. I take guests to the Lake District no less than 30 times a year. I have plenty of opportunities to go back and visit you. Convenient for travel, the room is simple and comfortable. The shower facilities are simple. If you have a large suitcase, consider whether it can be carried upstairs.
