Although the room is small, it is right on the edge of Lake Windermere, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Peter Rabbit Museum! The host and his wife were also very welcoming, especially the breakfast the next day was delicious. I will go there next time!

This was a beautiful little house . The approach just made me smile with a beautifully tended garden and the property was picture box sort . Upon entering the interior matched the exterior and the room just made us smile . The host was warm and welcoming and advised us how to order breakfast. This was delivered to the bedroom door the following morning in a lovely hamper with our hot and fresh order inside . Overall I would recommend this b&b as I would definitely go back .

I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom. Not ensuite but near enough not to matter. The place is spotless and really well looked after and maintained. All the little touches and details excellent. The breakfast choice was great and all delivered in a basket to your room. Perfect location.

This b&b is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing break in Bowness. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly owners and shown to our Beatrix potter room which was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The attention to detail was lovely, even a dish to place your tea bag and a mat to place your straighteners/hair dryer (very handy for me who is constantly straightening my hair!) also loved the idea of breakfast to the room such a nice concept and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent guest house spotlessly clean the couple that own it can't do enough for you Room was beautiful with a four poster bed loved every second will definitely be booking again. Lovely and peaceful location and the hamper breakfast was excellent

This is a place you visit and remember for the rest of your life. It's either a labour of love or a very close approximation. The room was magnificent as was the breakfast idea employed here. The garden is a simply beautiful and the team were excellent. I can't find enough nice words to say. Thank you to our hosts for helping make our first wedding anniversary special.

Ignore any negative reviews. The service care, cleanliness, attention to detail and quality at this accommodation are superb. Breakfast hampers are a delight and the gardens are beautiful. Conveniently situated for local attractions and restaurants. Well done David and Jenny. 10/10.
