This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Lovely stay. Everything is very clean, they are very friendly, it is comfortable. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, where there is nothing, residential area, there is a shopping center.

Perfect choice for a multipurpose work/holiday stay with central peaceful location. Easy to access Windhoek sights and entertainment (with Taxi app, very short distances) and car rentals for excursions. Good kitchen and large fridges for family usage. Clean.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location, peaceful surroundings, a responsive host who goes out of her way to assist. Easy check-in and accommodating of late arrival was a plus! I would not hesitate to book here again!
