Apart from initially getting used to how hotel operated with codes etc it was great. Just feel ane extra charges should be highlighted more.

The staff here are absolutely amazing this place is very clean and the people take a lot of Pride in making sure they look after their customers I would recommend staying here to anybody who is looking for a modern quiet clean and safe environment with plenty of Room close to the city and everything else you need I've stayed here many times and if I ever need to stay somewhere in the city this is the first place I go so thank you you guys are great your hotels great your service is great and everything about the way you conduct yourselves as people is great

The facilities are very old. Check-in is self-service, but it's not very smooth, so I wasted a lot of time checking in again. Finally, I met a cleaning staff who helped me contact the staff for help.

The room size, facilities and comfort are very good, and the transportation is convenient. There is a McDonald's nearby and a Chinese restaurant 800 meters away. The price of the room is not high.

The Windsor Apartments stand on a busy 6 lane highway, with significant traffic both day and night. There is no reception. You receive a code to enter the lobby and a separate one for the door to your room. You pay via a tablet, and you pay a cleaning deposit aswell.If the room is returned clean, they will reimburse you this $100. The rooms are serviced and clean. There is a television and wifi available. But there is a bleak atmosphere to the room, very bare overall, and perhaps best suited to people looking for accommodation to support loved ones at the nearby hospital. It was very overpriced for what it offered, notwithstanding I stayed the week of the first State of Origin Rugby Match at nearby Lang Park.

Excellent in every respect 10 out of 10 Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with all amenities fridge, jug,etc very comfortable bed. Huge modern bathroom. Very helpful and obliging staff nothing is to much trouble for them. Secure undercover parking if you need it. The location would have to be the best in Brisbane every thing you could want is a short walk away or short trip using public transport. This will be the first place i contact for accomodation next time i have to stay in Brisbane. An extremely enjoyable and value for money experience 10 out of 10 keep up the high standard

Great communication from my first phone call, was looking for something close to hospital, gentleman even gave me the best way to walk there. Easy contactless checkin, great communication regarding how to checkin. Room was spotless, bed comfortable and great shower. Parking was reasonably priced.

Easy online booking, self check in was very easy to use. Excellent customer service with text message on how to gain entry and park car. Plus follow up text once we checked out to make sure everything was ok, which it was. Room was clean , bed was very comfortable and pillows where the best i have had. Bus stop across the road , to get to suncorp stadium for elton john concert
