Additionally, there are two seating areas available at the counter for dining.
The primary living room features a western-themed design, complete with new furnishings, a dining area accommodating four individuals, a gas fireplace, complimentary wi-fi and a flat screen TV. Additionally, access to the private deck provides a scenic view of the surrounding complex and forest. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
A Queen Murphy bed offers comfort and can be conveniently stored to maximize living space during the day, while the sofa sleeper serves as an extra sleeping area for children in the living room.
Access to each floor is provided by an elevator and guests can take advantage of the available covered parking. The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. Additionally, there is a 150 yard walk from the Iron Horse building to the ski trail.
It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
