Centrally located, 10 minutes walk to the ski resort, there is another MONKEYLAND also 15 minutes walk.
The on-site restaurants and bars have a variety of styles and tastes good.

Stayed over Christmas, the Central-Hotel is located in the centre of Winterberg which makes for a great start getting around Winterberg. We were able to use their carpark which is always a bonus. The hotel itself has a very traditional feel and look about it, the rooms where large, warm and clean, lovely to have a large balcony which overlooked the street. We enjoyed our five day stay, all staff were very friendly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and we ate in the hotel restaurant each night as the food was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return one day.

You can read my tips and opinions in the reviews. Definitely recommended, the Sauerland and the hotel are worth a trip, especially on a motorbike.

It was once again a lovely short break at the Central Hotel Winterberg. Unfortunately, this time we had a room facing the street, and the noise level on weekends is enormous. Nevertheless, the hotel is great, as the name suggests, it is very centrally located, you are right in the middle of the town. We will definitely be back.

great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. with a lift even though it is a bit small but big enough for 2 people with luggage and really nice in the center with many shops and entertainment options. the breakfast is fine as well as the food in the restaurant.

Highly recommended if you want a good hotel without too much luxury expectations. Everything is functional, clean and good value for money. Good breakfast, clean rooms with new bathrooms, quiet location if the room faces the back. Definitely a bit louder at the front. Would happily go back!

Dieses tolle Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen, die Lage ist super und das Personal erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Wir waren am Abend im selbigen essen, die Roulade war ein träumchen und auch das Schnitzel meiner Freundin war lecker. Ich lese immer wieder das Gästen die Musik aus der Disco (Kneipe) zu laut war, das können wir so nicht bestätigen Wir sind jedoch auch 40&35 und eher keine jammer Köpfe. Am Ende bleibt mir nichts anderes als mich für diesen Aufenthalt zu bedanken, in diesem Sinne eine herzliches Dankeschön. Grüße William & Emma
