Great hotel, just could be cleaner. Facilities are good, but the quality is lower than what I am used to from 4 star hotels. Too bad there is no refrigerator in the room. Bedding is also not that nice, doesn't feel completely fresh.

Ver bad hotel. It’s old, rooms are small and smelling. Breakfest very small choice and low quality. Sport facilities also old and terrible quality. Only good ks bar and friendly service. Restaurant should be no go zone, terrible service and food

This is an average hotel. Rooms are average, bathroom is average, cleanliness is average. Room is relatively spacious, but spartan. Location is close to a busy road, but not too noisy… fortunately. Insulation (windows @ balcony) not great, so room pretty cold in winter. Positive was that there is ample parking space, including e-vehicle charging stations. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. Looks very cosy, menu looks ok, but food was a disaster. Fastfood for 5 times the price of a fastfood restaurant, and not even well cooked. Food thrown on a plate. No eye for detail. Personnel not very receptive for feedback. Too bad. Breakfast buffet was ok. Will I go here again? Sorry Fletcher, but no.

Het hotel is prima nette schone kamer maar het personeel in het restaurant laat te wensen over. 2 x lauwe koffie en slecht taalgebruik. Een van de obers zei steeds astu i .p. v. Alstublieft ! Kortom, kan beter. Winterswijk en omgeving is zeer beslist een aanrader.

Helaas geen prettige ervaring! Bediening is (soms gemaakt) vriendelijk, maar onduidelijk. Geen samenwerking! Nadat de bestelling opgenomen werd, binnen 2 minuten het voorgerecht, rechtstreeks uit de koeling? niet vers ! Lang wachten op drankjes! We waren het niet eens met de rekening, kreten uiteindelijk een grote mond! Komen gewoon nooit meer terug.

We hebben 4 bowlingbanen afgehuurd voor 25 personen. Uiteindelijk maar op 1 baan kunnen bowlen. Ondanks dat we ruim van tevoren hadden gereserveerd. Dus maar 8 mensen semi blij. Voor de rest was het geen bal aan. Duurde ook lang tot we onze drankjes hadden, wijn was lauw. Teleurstellende avond. Wel aardig personeel.

Schoon hotel met ruime kamers voorzien van een ruime badkamer met douchecabine en bad. Slaapgedeelte voorzien van een bank, zitje. Extra service is een waterkoker met theezakjes en Nespresso apparaat met 4 koffiecups (meer cupjes tegen betaling verkrijgbaar) op de kamer. DuCo restaurant mooi en gezellig ingericht. Hier zowel ontbijt als diner genuttigd. Diner erg lekker, ontbijt uitgebreid maar de koffiemachines zijn foutgevoelig wat files veroorzaakte, ook het bijvullen van de broodjes liet te wensen over, dat was wat minder. Het personeel is over het algemeen erg vriendelijk!
