Totally unexpected experience, hotel was like unplanned and turned to be the best experience overall Sri Lanka, from the moment I approached the hotel entrance and directly realized that is such a great decision I made. From the check in to the time I left the hotel Welcoming attitude, with great services, remarkable friendly staff , restaurants food, cleanliness actually can’t find even a negative thoughts or feedings during my stay. The conditions are very general, and a huge smell in the room is lingering. The pool that I saw on the picture actually floated a lot of foreign objects and felt that I had not changed the water for a long time. The only gratification is the enthusiasm of the service. Although the communication is not smooth, the responsiveness may not solve the problem.
