Friendly warm welcome, nice rooms and awesome food - what do you need more? The breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend this place. As German there is always something negative - the pool was slightly to warm. Would definitely come back.

We had a comfort room L, 154, a very comfy bed and choice of pillows, bathroom, small shower, double sink. Window and door to a small patio shared with others. Next time we would prefer an L room more open to the outside, means more light and air. Hotel location in the village with a garage parking close by. The traditionell building has a modern inside, good design and 2 Restaurant all well maintained The Gourmet Restaurant has an excellent service and the dishes show a region but with the twist of surprise. We were to busy focussing on the menu and had no time to take photos, that is a good sign.

Es stimmte einfach alles - schöne, mit vielen liebevollen Details ergänzte Zimmer (die Kissenauswahl ein echtes Highlight), extrem freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal und dann noch dieses wirklich geniale 8-Gänge-Menü im Aura, das so ganz andere Frühstücks-Konzept … wir waren begeistert- ein wirklich einzigartiges Erlebnis

Tolles Team mit enormer Begeisterung. Habe noch nie so etwas in Deutschland erlebt! Sie alle lieben ihren Job und ihre Produkte. Das übertragen sie auf ihre Gäste. Begeisterung! Das scheint alles hierarchielos zu passieren. Schön wenn man junge Menschen in Deutschland erlebt die mit Hingabe Leistung erbringen wollen!

Die Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall schön eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind sehr klein und es gibt im Zimmer und Bad kaum Ablageflächen. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist es auch sehr hellhörig (Flurgeräusche, Klospülung vom Nachbarzimmer oder obendrüber, Türen schlagen, Schlüssel im Schloss) Von daher finde ich den Preis etwas zu hoch. Hier geht es aber alleine um die Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Das Gourmet Menü im Aura war ein absolut unbeschreibliches Erlebnis! Alle Mitarbeiter und der Chef waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Keiner war in irgendeiner Weise überheblich. Man hat sich gefühlt wie unter Freunden. Ich würde jedem empfehlen das mal auszuprobieren. Falls der Küchenchef das liest, deine vegetarische Blutwurst schmeckt fantastisch! Sogar wenn man selbst aus Franken kommt. Hätte ich nicht gedacht. Macht weiter so!

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl an Kissen hat für einen guten Schlaf gesorgt. Das Frühstück ist zwar anders als es noch 2022 war, hat aber nichts an Qualität verloren. Es ist immer noch das beste Frühstück, dass ich bisher im Hotel hatte.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung im gemütlichen DZ mit Balkon. Im Zimmer stehen mehrere Kissen zur Wahl die das Schlafverhalten verbessern. Am Abend durften wir im Restaurant Aura ein ausgesprochen leckeres und kunstvolles Menü genießen. Sehr innovativ ist das Frühstückskonzept mit vielen Leckereien.
