Witney

We live locally but suffered an electrical cut in house and was told it could take all night to fix so we decided to book a room here. We are both 90 and have difficulty walking, we were met on arrival by a member of staff called Lia who greeted us and helped me through the check in and payment process. We have stayed at a few Premium inn's in the past but would say that this is best in our experience . We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent again we were looked after by Lia and a young waitress both a credit to the inn. Lia looked after us from arrival to check out this morning, making sure we were comfortable in our room etc. Thank you for a very comfortable stay at a stressful time for us and would add Lia went above and beyond her duties and seemed to be doing the jobs of four people. We would recommend this inn to enyone looking for accommodation in the Witney area

Had a lovely overnight stay at Witney. Although certain things do need a bit of an upgrade like the grouting in the bathroom and replacing of missing art work in bedroom. Everywhere was clean. The breakfast was really good value and beautifully cooked by Chris and hosted by John who was really friendly and very attentive. The tables were cleared of excess crockery etc very quickly. Lots of choices for cereals, cooked and breads, croissants and even crumpets. Really delicious. Would recommend a breakfast visit even if you live locally.

I booked a double room and got two twin beds mashed together. Very uncomfortable mattress that was not to Premier Inn standard Room was mouldy. Both in the bathroom and the carpet. Bathroom had not been cleaned in some time. Staff member on reception was rude. Internet even on premium was barely usable All round bad experience

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location in Witney. Nice restaurant with friendly and efficient staff. Spotless modern rooms. Safe well-lit free car park with plenty of space. However, we have heard that parking charges may be applied in the near future. We hope this isn't true.

Sharon and Ann were my hosts tonight in the restaurant. They were brilliant and the food was delicious tonight. I’ve been here all week so far and definitely recommend the food and the rooms. The free WiFi is really good so my fire stick worked great.

All the staff were exceptional from the minute we walked in until the time we left. Was told too early to check in, but this was only 15 minutes. We were allowed to get some refreshments. The only thing that let the whole weekend down was trouble with catering supplies. There were notices about this issue,but we were not really informed about the situation at all. First evening meal no prawn cocktail and no ham and chicken pies. Breakfast was the same only fried eggs, no poached or scrambled. Only orange juice no other juice s. No mushrooms when we got down at 9.00 am. And no maple syrup. Next evening's meal still no prawn cocktail. And there was something else but I can't remember now. Very clean room and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. We will definitely be back for another stay. Let's hope all will be sorted with the catering issues Stuart
