Mückengitter fehlen. Das ist im Sommer unangenehm, da die Zimmer sich aufheizen - Klimaanlage fehlt leider.

Fine experience for beginners. The slope was super realistic, and there was no major waiting-line at the lift. The snow was good and temperature was fine around -1°. Very good experience all in all, despite quite some long line for check-in and line to get ski/boots.

We went because my children have never skied. We arrived on Thursday and we had dinner in the buffet restaurant. It was quite terrible food, only the soda was good. We had to go out and buy pizza afterwards. On Friday we had breakfast which was good. We then had to go skiing, but a bit of a pity that they only opened at 12. skis, boots were quite fine. We missed a bit of a hill between beginner and advanced. We also had lunch and dinner on Friday in the buffet restaurant. It was a bit better than Thursday, but still not something I would recommend.

Nice and cosy hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff, but very limited english - so, it's best if you can speak german... Breakfast and lunch buffet is ok, but is packed away in good time, so you got to work fast. The rooms are cosy and clean, the bed is so nice to sleep in.

We booked 2 rooms Inc diner at the buffet restaurant, which includes free sof drinks. But when we arrived at the restaurant, they told us it was closed. We got a veey disapointing small mail, coulant choose anything and we had to pay for the drinks. Outside the building looks shabby and lotus of flies in the hotel.

The indoors slope was fun to try and good for learning to ski or snowboard. The lift is a bit slow and after one day the slope gets quite repetitive. The hotel was very nice and the food in the buffet was good. The alpine package we purchased stated that we would have access to the buffet from 11.30 to 21.00 but in reality it was closed from 14.30 to 17.00 so getting a coffee in the afternoon was not possible

Booking of skischool is a nightmare. Why is there no online booking? I booked via email and it went wrong, the booking was on our second day instead of first day. When leaving the hotel, you must pay for ski school if booked, but the price given to you at booking time, does not include ski school! Do you deliberately try to confuse your customers? The skying equipment (boots) are old and all insoles were old and not usable, I tried 5 boots before satisfied The lockers at changing area requires coins, but there is no where to get coins?! The ski lift to the right of the big skying area was not running/operable this weekend? Why? The beginners area is not steep enough when skying for a few hours!
