The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

A special shoutout to chef Dayat! His excellent services and professionalism is literally one of the best I have seen over many years of traveling. His passion and delicate taste for food is extraordinary. And most importantly he make us feel very welcomed and special whenever we come back to Westin Surabaya all the way from Singapore. Excellent service I would recommend pax to choose The Westin for the service and quality. Food and service at club lounge was amazing, the staff are so well trained with politeness and respect. We had a perfect stay.
