This place has a very good location, close to public transport, to city center you may get easily. Apartments have two floors, on the second where bedroom located was too hot, when at the same time downstairs was like a freezer.
Also, be aware that this hotel could block additional money on your bank account.

The apartment was excellent. We were there for a month and will stay there again hopefully when we return to Brussels again. Yes there are fittings that are showing their age but the apartment was clean and comfortable. The position regarding access to transport could not be better. There were a couple of minor issues we had when we first arrived such as a tap that would not turn off, but these were dealt with immediately upon receiving my email. To me that is more important than if everything runs smoothy.

Excellent location, one minute walk to the subway, buses, trams, etc. Room service personnel very friendly. The one bedroom apartment was a decent size. Kitchenette small, but adequate. Overall the furnishings, kitchenette, etc. are outdated and could use updating, but suited our purposes just fine for the 10 days we were there. If you're expecting four star accommodation, then you'll be disappointed. If you set your expectations, then you'll be satisfied. Parking available on site for a fee. Pets accepted for a fee.

Been for 1 week. I've stayed in B Apart Hotels in the past (6 years ago) and had some good memories of them. Evidently they've let the hotel go to ruins. It has now became the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Professional scammers. Dirty walls, broken furniture, unhelpful hotel staff. Broken AC in the middle of winter and no customer service at all. Luckily my experience has made that no one from the company will ever step foot in here again (hope I can convince people reading this review to stay the hell out of B Aparts as well).

We had apartment 53. The apartment is really very spacious with its large mezzanine. The view on the 5th floor is superb. It is also ideally positioned next to the metro and tram. To find a downside, the bedding was not comfortable enough.

Les flacons de savon, gel douche étaient vides à l'arrivée. J'ai demandé aux femmes de ménage mais en 4 jours, 3 nuits, malgré de multiples relances, je n'ai rien eu !! Réponse "oui, oui" avec un ton désagréable mais je n'ai jamais vu la couleur des produits ! Par contre, au check out, elles étaient à l'heure devant la porte (faire vite pour repartit tôt..?). Le chauffage n'est pas réglable malgré la présence de la télécommande. C'est l'établissement qui décide de l'allumer et/ou d'éteindre quand cela l'arrange (Un four à l'arrivée vers 18h00 et ca gèle pendant la nuit). Les tapis des couloirs sont arrachés à plusieurs endroits et n'ont jamais été remplacés ou réparés. Les doubles rideaux et les rideaux voiles (blancs au départ, je suppose et sont devenus gris avec un dégradé "artistique") ne sont pas lavés depuis très très longtemps. Malgré tout, c'est un très beau duplex et très bien situé mais qui nécessite un rafraîchissement intérieur.
