There is also a newly furnished, one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 4 more adults (extra cost). So, a total of 11 adults can be comfortably accommodated. Large family gatherings are very popular here. And in the warmer months, there is a very special pool/pond.Both the main house and the apartment have their own laundry facilities. The spacious deck off the main-house kitchen is great for outdoor cooking on the gas grill, and the large backyard is wonderful for playing. The man-made natural pool pond is wonderful for swimming during the summer months, and beautiful to look at any time of year. The pool/pond is lined, fresh water, filtered by special plants. We also did the hike this morning and loved it - went to the top of Mt. Guardian as per your notes, and found that secret vantage point where you look out at Cooper Lake... Hiked overlook mountain yesterday - the views were astonishing - though we were not brave enough to go the distance to Indian Head. We also found our way to the swimming hole and absolutely loved it... As I'm sure you can tell, we love it up here and wanted to see if you'd be interested in renting the house to us Columbus Day weekend...
