We stayed at this place for a special birthday celebration with four other families, and it was absolutely brilliant. It had everything you could ask for – a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, play area, and games room. The whole place was spotless, and the surroundings were just stunning. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and peace and quiet. I honestly can’t recommend it enough – we’re already planning our next trip! The kids didn’t want to leave, and to be honest, neither did we. There’s something for everyone here!

My second visit to Victorian Barn was as good as the first. I came with my family during the summer and my two friends in November. We had an amazing time fishing and sitting in the hot tub. There is also a swimming pool and sauna and lots of other fun amenities. Claire is an amazing host and is always happy to help out with any requests. As is Stephen who took my son fishing during the summer. There are massive carp, bream and perch in the three lakes. Definitely going back next year. The prices are very reasonable also.

I celebrated my Birthday here with all my Family - ages ranging from 9 months to myself having my 80th Birthday there. We couldn't have asked for more, a wonderful setting and excellent accommodation. It is all decorated and equipped to a high standard. Hot tubs on the patios, excellent customer service, very clean and Clare couldn't have been more helpful in doing everything she could to make it a memorable weekend.

We had a lovely stay, were well informed before our stay on what to expect and how to get there. The facilities were amazing and 12 children were entertained fully the whole time. The owners had surprised us with an Easter egg hunt around the house which was a lovely touch! The microwave wasn’t working and the owner was round in 2 minutes to swop for another one. The grounds were private and quiet, the rooms were well maintained and comfy and sitting rooms had all we needed. The only drawback was no enough fridge space for 23 of us :)

A wonderful stay at the barn, the accomodation was very spacious and comfotable and clean. Claire was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any issues we had. Kids had a fantastic time in the pool and hot tub. One tip would be if the water tastes a but funny let the cold tap run for a bit then try again! Thank you so much Claire and team we loved our stay and thank you so much for putting our beloved beanie bear in the post who had an extended stay !

Fantastic stay with 2 boys (5 and 11). We loved the swimming pool, especially being able to book a private hour each day. We also made good use of the hot tub, games and activity rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great base to explore the Jurassic Coast!

We have moved to the area and the pool was recommended. The pool was warm and the whole area was clean. We will definitely be back and will book in New Year. I'm also looking forward to book the fishing lake as I have looked at their lakes on line and looks promising.
