Overall the hotel was clean and tidy, great price, friendly staff, the hotel just needs a refurbishment, and if possible a lift fitted, the Beefeater restaurant was a great place to eat, on these few negatives, I would still visit this hotel again.

Not up to standard in basic cleanliness. The rooms are looking tired and it was all grubby and unhoovered. Shower head blocked and mouldy, water wasn't very hot, paint peeling, dirt in cracks, sticky marks, no loo brush,. I felt grubby and have washed everything I took eith me. The bed was fine, thank goodness.

Staying here at the moment. The website says “powerful shower”. There is hardly any power. The wash basin tap has a filter on it so no power in that either. Rooms are tatty and very dated. Hair dryer is rubbish too. Only staying for 1 night, thank god. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not believe the good night sleep policy and we were woken early on a Sunday morning but to premier inn that is acceptable sometimes the cheaper the room the worse the experience and I will certainly remember that with future bookings as this was far from a good night's sleep or a good experience

All the comforts of the premier inn but a more spacious room. But what makes the difference is the staff. The lady who booked us in and who waved farewell to us was delightful and very helpful. They had a good sized car park and the old farm pond. Well placed for our visit to family I. Crewe
