This hotel is quite good value for money, the facilities are relatively new, the room is clean, free breakfast is included, the meal is rich, live here to Boston for an hour, the traffic is relatively smooth, free parking, I feel that I live here at night, and it is very convenient to go to Boston during the day.

I stayed in the Hampton Inn because of it's proximity to my doctors office. It was forecasted to snow and my doctor's appointment was absolutely necessary for me to receive my infusion of medication on schedule despite the forecasted snow. The service I received was good although it began with some confusion about my bill. My reservation was prepaid but it took a while to find this information in the hotel's computer system. I had a restful evening and got to my appointment in the morning without incident and for this I am grateful. There were a few issues that I think need to be addressed. First, ice was not available on each floor and there was no complimentary water in my room. I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory condition of the refrigerator and there was no recycling bin in my room. There was no handle or bar on the shower door to open the door after showering and there was no place to put my towel convenient to the shower stall once I was done. The toilet paper holder was awkward to use forcing me to remove the toilet paper from it and leave it on the sink. These issues are minor in nature but cumulatively they made my stay below average for the price I paid. It was not horrible and no part of my stay was compromised but I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were exceptional, which is why I chose this one for this important stay. I did have a choice of a Marriot equidistant from my doctor's office. In the future, if I am in need of staying overnight convenient to my doctor's office, I will give the Marriot a chance. Thank you for your attention to these issues and I am hopeful that they are addressed to make the stay of other travelers exceptional.

The hotel brother is very enthusiastic and has free parking. The surrounding area is rather desolate, there is a macy department store, there is nothing to buy in a big store.

Charming inn, spotlessly clean, pleasant tavern for a quick bite. I'll be back!

The shower handle was missing and since it was a Saturday nobody from building maintenance was available to fix it. Also no other room was available. I would like to have gotten some sort of compensation from the hotel or Trip.com but I was not able to call Trip.com until later in the week and nobody was able/willing to do anything for me.

The room is large, and there is breakfast, the front desk is very warm, praise, will stay next time.

Just off the road, the gas station is out. It's rude and average.

Very accommodating to my need to keep booking longer stays without having to change rooms multiple times.
