I would just like to take this opportunity to write a review where I think credit is due. I checked out today from your hotel. I have had the most enjoyable stay. From the check in process to checkout and all in-between Paul and Hayley where the most friendly approachable attentive and fun staff that greeted me and made sure I knew all about the facilities at the property and asked if I require any further information or recommendations. As this was my second visit they did remember me as a returning guest, which was another welcoming and personal touch. It was obvious Paul and Hayley bounce off eachother and this reflected in their fun but professional personalities! A credit to your hotel group. I look forward to returning some time soon. We decided to stay for 2 nights in Travelodge Worcester. The hotel apart from the main enterace was very old. We booked an accessible room due to my wheelchair. The room was on the 5th floor and only had a standard door which we struggled to get the chair thru and also it had a pillar behind it which stopped it opening fully. The room was clean and tidy but so not disabled friendly. The bathroom was most certainly a "" Bathroom "" with no shower, in other Travelodges accessible rooms usually come with wet rooms but not this just a bath which was in accessible for members to get in to. We inquired at reception but was told No none of the rooms have wetrooms they are all baths. Also on the Saturday Evening we were gonna eat in their cafe bar but it was so souless and empty , it looked like a school dining room it was horrible so we decided against it. It is in an excellant location and if not disabled would be fine just its not disable friendly which was a shame.
