優點：房型實用，三床房很適合家庭用，再加上兩個雙人房給長者，一家人正好，有廚房冰箱可以燒烤，停車就在門口也挺方便，距離海灘和食街都是步行距離，天台有衣架可以晾衣服。
缺點：只有客廳wifi信號比較足，進了房間信號變很差。晚上附近不知道哪一户在院子裏喝酒笑鬧唱k搞到快1點，別墅都挨着，沒什麼隔音可言，遇到低素質鄰居就很煩惱。
整體來説，人多，想自己燒烤做飯，這邊租個別墅還是性價比挺高的。

房間衞生還OK，但是三樓房間床上發現有一兩衹小螞蟻，但是其他總體滿意，特別服務很到位，卡拉OK設備一流，我們一大家子人都玩得非常開心….別墅走不遠就出去沙灘，個個趕海都玩瘋了哈哈

説下為什麼差評1、五一出行路上堵車，到的時候晚上11點了，到了地圖上的位置發現找不到，沒有賓館門面，打了電話沒人接聽，然後繼續找，又打了電話還是沒人接，然後就在那裡轉圈找，突然那個電話給我打回來，説他上廁所了，然後要我們加微信發給我們房間號和密碼，原來他就是一個披着酒店的公寓，五一賣着酒店的價格結果是公寓，如果是公寓為什麼不早些聯繫，發個密碼，麪都不見也不登記，打電話還不接。2、一個公寓賣那麼貴居然不提供水，是有多摳，半夜還得出去買水喝。3、墳景房慎拍！兩個房間，一個是海景房，另一邊是…，反正在樓上看挺瘮人。4、可能是節假日人多的緣故，停車很困難，地方也很遠很難找，景區裏面的東西貴且難吃，整趟旅遊體驗不是很好，
