這家酒店大是挺大的，但是服務態度非常差勁，真的避雷。沒有幫顧客解決好問題的心。我房間下午很晚入住，結果房間裏馬桶水箱沒有蓋子，床兩旁沒有牀頭櫃，放東西十分不方便。我説我訂的特惠房也就算了，要求也不用太高，住一晚就行，結果連最基本的拖鞋、沐浴露、洗髮水都沒有，過來一身汗洗不了澡，問了總説要等一段時間才能拿過來。然後回到房間想刷視頻打發時間，結果WIFI直接連有信號沒網速，房間裏一點操作説明都沒有，去問前台小姐姐，總是很忙，要登記，根本沒時間管你。一旁酒店的大媽大叔看到了，也不太管，自顧自的吃自己的飯，沒有動身的意思，簡單説幾句話，打發你走。前後足足問了三次，直到實在忍無可忍，發脾氣了，才慢慢有人過來看看。這種酒店服務態度真的離大譜，住進來能把人氣死，害我足足在房間乾等了大半個小時才弄好。還好像我發脾氣是我的不對一樣，本來就是你們各種前期工作沒做好，還不第一時間幫忙解決。顧客來你們家酒店住真的就是來找氣受的。
