麗楓品牌一直都是出遊選擇之一，這家是面積比較小的🤣🤣🤣
而且感覺有的地方住起來不太舒服：
1、沒有標定的無煙樓層/無煙房間，這方面管理比較落後，不僅沒有和其他酒店品牌接軌，甚至連很多同品牌其他店的管理模式也沒學習。
2、衞生間排風扇會自行啟動。這樣休息期間會比較吵，更嚴重的是通過排風系統串聯了隔壁房間的二手煙味道，反而使得房間內很嗆
其他都還很不錯，服務人員也耐心的力所能及的儘量幫助解決入住期間的困擾。屬於是硬件不夠軟件替了🤣説明基層服務人員管理沒毛病，中高層管理人員有點“懶政”，不會與時俱進的自主學習以及適時調整

準備清明假期房價漲了，但是卻不怎麼稱心。酒店是和其他機構共用一棟樓，這棟樓還有公寓，有其他公司，但是電梯是要刷卡的，除了難等以外也還算安全。房間地毯很臟很臟，也不知道多久沒清洗過。房間裏已經不配花茶包了，第二天早餐時才在餐廳看到花茶包。最主要的是太吵了！下午五六點就開始大音量的音樂嗨起來，關了窗也沒啥用，一直持續到晚上九點多。服務更不要説了，早上出門前專門問了退房時間，前台答覆説全酒店都是下午兩點退房。中午趕着吃飯在一點回到酒店想打個盹下午好開車，結果一點二十多就又打電話又派服務員上門敲門問是否續住！有必要嗎，都沒到退房時間有必要催嗎？你就是一點五十來問我還住嗎我都不會發這個火！

房間很大，寬敞明亮 ，設施齊全，床品舒適，乾淨衞生，環境不錯，停車位充足，非常方便，前台接待人員服務態度很好。晚上酒店還準備了免費的夜宵，蘿蔔排骨湯非常好喝，還送了水果是一次非常滿意的體驗。
