I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I was warmed by the enthusiasm and efficiency of the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they always had a smile on their faces, patiently answered my questions, and proactively provided detailed hotel service guides and surrounding travel suggestions. Especially April, her professionalism and considerate service made me feel that your hotel attaches great importance to guests, which truly embodies the service concept of ”making guests feel at home”. The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant. Whether it is the meticulous design of the lobby or the cleanliness and quietness of the guest rooms, they all demonstrate your hotel's pursuit of details. The room facilities are modern and well-maintained, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is impeccable; the greenery and artistic arrangements in the public areas create a warm atmosphere, allowing me to completely relax during my busy journey. In addition, the hotel's location is very convenient, and it is only a 100-meter walk to Gate 8 of T2, which adds great convenience to my trip. This stay experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the hard work and dedication of your hotel team. I would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future!
