Primus Hotel Wuhan Hannan

I was upgraded to a suite, which was unexpected and touching. Thank you Xiao Xiao for your warm service. The only regret is that there is no Wuhan specialty snack tofu skin for breakfast, and it is too far from the city, making travel inconvenient. Everything else is pretty good.

To be honest, this hotel is very close to our home. We thought it was the best hotel in Hannan, so we stayed in this hotel. The front desk clerk Xiao Xiao was very enthusiastic. The room manager happened to be present at the time, so he also gave us two free breakfasts, including a room upgrade. It felt very good for the first time. The room is also very large, with complete supporting facilities, separate wet and dry areas, an office space, a separate dressing table, and a large bathtub. As a five-star hotel, the hardware facilities are pretty good. But the breakfast is very simple, basically vegetarian. For little ones, there aren't many options. The child only ate a piece of bread because there are no restaurants around the hotel, and more importantly, all takeaway orders must be picked up by the customer downstairs, and there is no robot to deliver to the floor. The takeaway we ordered was delivered to the floor for us by Xiao Xiao at the front desk. So I was worried that the child was not full, so I took a few pieces of bread and informed the restaurant lady at the door. In many star hotels, this kind of situation will be handled in a more humane manner. But the lady in the restaurant here is very unreasonable. Anyway, the rules are here and you are not allowed to bring them. We had a very bad experience. Even though it was right at home, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel environment is great, and Manager Luo's tracking service is in place! The hotel also provides children's bathrobes and toiletries, which are so cute!

The housekeeper Eleven called a day in advance to inquire about my check-in requirements and hobbies, which has distinguished many hotels. Because I was traveling out of town, they specially applied for early check-in for me regarding the check-in time, and also helped me arrange the room. The hotel is just off the highway intersection. The surrounding area has not been fully built yet, but I originally took my children to relax, so the environment in the hotel is very important. There is a swimming pool, a small indoor playground for children, and a lot of food nearby, including delicious crayfish. The breakfast in the hotel is good, and there are good hot dry noodles to eat, and the variety is okay. So I personally pay more attention to details, and overall I am quite satisfied. I will stay there next time if I have the opportunity.
