這家酒店真的很好啊，新開不久的酒店，所有設施都很新，全屋智能系統非常的高端，房間乾淨,裝修風格也很不錯，前台服務專業熱情，早餐的品位也很多，味道很好，非常滿意這一次的入住體驗，以後到這邊還會住這一家。強烈推薦給大家，真的是超讚的！！！

房間打掃得一塵不染，有任何需求，打給客房服務，工作人員都能迅速響應並高效解決。酒店餐廳的服務也超棒，服務員熱情推薦菜品，還細心照顧到每一位客人的用餐感受。

超級大差評房間潮濕發黴一進五樓就發現很大的黴味，以及房間發現超級大的發黴的牆壁（真不知道這種品質怎麼拿給客人住的）換了兩次都有除此之外有非常大的異味估計是剛裝修完沒多久。晚上旁邊就是酒吧特別吵 不僅吵整個房間都在震。在今天上午的時候整個酒店也是停電了，住一輩子酒店從來沒遇到過這樣的情況
退房的時候前台還有臉説我超時了給個好評就不要錢了😡當我跟他們反饋這些問題他們都裝作很驚訝的樣子不知道 我想説這些問題酒店都不知道等着客人給反饋是不是

總體各方面都還算滿意，服務也可以，環境也可以，設施也還行。酒店利利辦理入住很熟練，酒店工作人員服務都很好，説話有禮貌，酒店在商場裏，非常方便。房間寬敞，乾淨，很舒服，床上用品也很乾凈，枕頭睡起來很舒服，安然入睡。
