I didn't expect that this hotel hidden in the downtown area has such a good environment. I originally booked a room with a corridor window, but the lady at the front desk arranged a room facing the street. The room was bright and transparent, and the bedding was very clean and looked very high quality. There is a night market downstairs, and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is just a few steps away. It is only 2 or 3 minutes away from the Yangtze River. I just walked there and it was very convenient for food and accommodation. Close to the subway station, one line goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. Such a cost-effective room in a first-tier city like Wuhan must be recommended! I don't know how such a high rating came from. The hotel looks shabby and the decoration is also very rough. Free parking spaces are only available in some room types. The sound insulation is very poor. There is no soundproof door. In the morning, when I was still asleep, someone checked out and talked in the corridor, as if talking at the bedside. The overall experience was very bad. I moved to another place after staying for one day.

I don't want to give it one star. Because the location is good, it was very noisy facing the street after one night's stay. I changed to an inner room thinking it would be better. But it turned out to be the same room type, but the TV was gone and it became a very poor projection that could not be seen clearly. The window became smaller and there were stains on the wall. These didn't matter. The key point was that the water pipes made a huge noise after 10 o'clock in the evening and continued until after 1 o'clock in the morning. I thought it would pass if I endured it, but it kept making noises. The guy at the front desk said that it couldn't be solved. Later, another guest couldn't stand it anymore, and at a strong request, the boss came to turn off the water tank. He didn't say anything about compensation or apology, and asked why we didn't tell him earlier, otherwise he would come earlier. The problem is that customers are embarrassed to disturb the business at night and didn't expect it to be so noisy for so long. Moreover, the front desk on the second floor can clearly hear the huge noise of the water pipes, but they don't care at all. There is video evidence! Just ask how customers sleep.
