可以帶寵物泡温泉啦；酒店的環境特別好，酒店的服務太棒了，有任何要求都可以及時解決，可以帶小狗去酒店的任何地方，沒有限制，還給小狗準備了寵物用品和寵物早餐，很貼心，私湯很舒服，温度剛剛好，下次還會去。

設施：一直是華住的老會員，對比市內全季花間堂多了很多的民宿風格，卻也保留了華住一貫以來住宿體驗優先標準，各類設施體驗都很棒，房間的私湯很驚喜。
衞生：一如既往的乾淨。
環境：在整個甘露山的度假區內，環境沒的説，温泉+滑雪非常適合短期度假。
服務：攜程套餐包含一個晚間自助，因為晚上在外面吃和餐廳協調給換成了午間的套餐，服務人員很專業，贊一個！

開業搶的滑雪套餐，真心划算，房間乾淨舒適，屋外的私湯孩子玩的很開心，就是水冷的有點快沒有玩盡興，自助早餐也很豐盛，對得起豪華型酒店的配置，服務也很好，接駁車可以無縫送你到旁邊的滑雪場，遊樂園，總而言之性價比拉滿，五星推薦！

酒店設施配套都很好，參加了宋氏點茶的小活動非常有意思，孩子玩的很開心，本來因為入住等候太久想給差評，但是服務人員確實態度很好，酒店周邊玩的也多，所以還是好評，希望加強週六房屋清掃速度，進一步提高服務

入住了花間堂酒店是我這一年來最棒的選擇！
酒店在這已經不單單是酒店這麼簡單了，從還沒入住到退房離開就像回到了家裡一樣，從還沒有到的前一天，酒店工作人員就給我們打電話給我們確認到店時間，並告知最近天氣不好，要我們來的路上注意安全，再到到了酒店，因為酒店是在文創園裡麪的，停車衹能停在外面的停車場，給酒店一個電話酒店的接駁車小哥10分鐘以內就出現在了我們的面前給我們接到酒店，態度特別好！給我們搬行李，介紹文創園的基本情況，能去哪玩，對於我這種懶人簡直不要太棒了～到了酒店前台，辦理入住的小姐姐都很年輕有活力，對於我們有的需求反應都很迅速，並能很專業的給我們問題解決辦法，到了房間裏面，酒店很新，裝修的很古樸典雅，是我喜歡的中式風格，酒店房間裏面是有私湯泡池的，水温很合適，現在天氣很冷但是在泡池裡面會很暖很暖酒店從早到晚不同時段會有不同的活動，我們在晚上參加了一個雪韻葯香的活動，有一名劉老師帶着我們做自己喜歡的葯包和泡腳包，整個活動過程中參與度十足，我們也從中學習到了很多東西，小劉老師很用心，到第二天早上的早餐 種類很豐富多樣，從中式的麪點再到西式的麪包等都是一應俱全，退房的時候前台小姐姐還很熱情的給我們送了伴手禮，詢問我們住宿體驗，太認真了，雖然是一個新酒店，但是服務是真的很棒很棒！！！！！下次一定還要再來！！！！

8月份預售買了親子房，當時沒及時約導致後面想約的時間沒約着就退了，改成雙床房，房間也挺大的，就是位置不是湖景了，晚上睡覺嘀嗒的雨滴聲有點吵，其他都還蠻不錯的，送了入住水果，飲料也是免費的，孩子在房間私湯裏玩得很愉快。

酒店的房間很大，很乾凈，洗護用品也非常贊，管家還貼心準備了水果飲料！空氣清新，交通和外賣都非常的方便，還可以去滑雪，酒店周圍也有各種娛樂設施！在酒店悠閑的泡個私湯温泉，早餐也很豐盛，小朋友玩兒的捨不得走！強烈推薦武漢周邊溜娃休閑旅遊度假的好去處。
