Good Hotel and good ambience. The hotel staff was unaware about the formalities regarding the foreigner check-in procedures but their attitude was good. The staff was professional and nice. Room was nice and cozy..

The sanitation of the hotel is terrible, the breakfast is not rich enough, and the laundry room is simple and inconvenient. This is the worst Vienna hotel I have ever stayed in.
