There was one night when there was no hot water and there was no water at all. In fact, this kind of cold weather shouldn't happen, but the staff provided full service.

The hygiene is not in place, the quilt is all torn, and the washbasin is also full of watermarks. I have stayed in so many All Seasons hotels, and this is the worst experience.

This is my first time staying at a seasons hotel without air conditioning. The service attitude is perfunctory and the environment is very bad. It is very noisy at night near the elevated road.

I thought I would clean up the next morning, so I hung a sign at the door in advance. But they opened the door and woke me up at 8am the next morning.

The room was small and smelled as soon as we entered the room. The decoration is old and the elevated highway outside the window makes noise and vibration at night. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
